Following the decision to cancel its annual fund-raiser the Fishing Derby
The SOOKE SALMON ENHANCEMENT SOCIETY Initiated a three-part draw with more than 40 prizes having a value of nearly $10,000
The prizes include $500 Home Hardware Vouchers, 2 Nights at
Resort + Fishing, Airline Tickets, Fishing Charters, Downriggers and many more.
The first of the two “EARLY BIRD” DRAWS
was carried out today Friday JULY 18th by Mayor Janet Evans outside
of one of our main Sponsors SOOKE HOME
HARDWARE.
Below is a full list of the July 18 Early Bird Winners.
The second draw will be at the same venue on the 25th . July. The final draw, which will also be made by the Mayor will take place at 1pm AUGUST 3RD. 2008 during “SALMON DAY AT THE FLATS” which will run from noon till 4pm and will also include The Jack Brooks Hatchery Open Day.
